the Mono Fluido BSP Breakdown alarm is a fault that happens often when the the control panel registers the current consumption of the BSP pump to be 0.
The alarm can be caused by the pump breaking, a damaged cable or even a fault in the control panel. Whilst unlikely because of the low run time on these pumps, it could also be a thermal trip in a partially blocked pump.
Fixing the error starts by diagnosing the fault. Blindly replacing the pump does not always resolve the problem and therefore it is advisable to contact a service engineer who fully understands this system. Paying someone to "have a look" may cost you more in the long run as they will undoubtable require multiple trips and may not carry the replacement pump.
