The Fluido has a comprehensive alarm function, warning you if there is a problem. The High level alarm throws a lot of service companies because it is a little more complex than a normal high level alarm.
The high level alarm on the Fluido works slightly differently than a normal high level alarm. A normal high level alarm is a float in the tank that sounds an alarm if the water is high (the float going "up").
The Fluido alarm is slightly different, it is therefore vital to understand its function before diagnosing the fault. The Arm happens when the allotted time for discharging the clearwater has passed and the float switch has not dropped.
There are a multitude of reasons the alarm might happen, anything from the float switch not functioning, being stuck, to the discharge pump not working or being blocked. Other possible scenarios could be water ingress into the system or a blocked soakaway. Diagnosing and fixing this fault in one visit is possible only if you fully understand the system and carry all the parts needed to repair the system.
If you have this fault and want to employ me to come and fix the system then fill in your details below. I carry most Fluido parts and can normally get the system fixed in one visit.
