Fluido KWP Breakdown Alarm

The advanced alarm system on the Fluido will warn you if there is a KWP Breakdown, however the fault is sometimes not always the pump.

What is this alarm?

Specifically this alarm is a warning that no current is being consumed by the KWP.

Why has this alarm happened?

The alarm will happen if the pump is broken, if a fuse has gone in the panel or if a cable has been damaged. Diagnosing the fault takes experience.

Is this alarm critical?

A KWP breakdown fault will not just go away on its own. It can be very critical if the system relies on the pump to discharge the clean water and there is no emergency gravity outlet on the tank. If water in the tank starts to rise then to avoid sewage on your lawn, stop using the system and consider getting a local emptying firm to empty the water from the tank. Then contact a trained Fluido engineer to come and fix the fault. Ensure they carry the KWP in case it needs replacing.

Contact me:

Based in the south East, I can attend breakdowns for most of the south of England and am happy to help if you need me. The further away you are the more it will cost (unfortunately) however i can normally fix first time which may be cheaper than a local engineer repeatedly revisiting the system.

Fill in the form below, leave your address, phone number and email and describe the problem and I'll get in touch as soon as possible
