The Solido smart control panel has 2 x AA rechargeable batteries in to store settings in the event of power failure.
Very occasionally these may need replacing and should be carried out by your service company to ensure the correct ones are used and the panel is opened without damaging anything. Do not install normal AA batteries in the panel.
This error happens more frequently if the control panel is not housed in a weatherproof enclosure or in direct sunlight.
